We stayed at a property in Madeira managed by GuestReady and had a great experience. The location was perfect — directly opposite Madeira Forum, close to cafés, and with easy access to shops and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Secure parking was a big plus and worked perfectly for us. GuestReady managed the property and communication very well, and we loved the clear video instructions, which made locating the entry and car bay very easy. The only suggestion would be to provide a few extra towels for longer winter stays; however, GuestReady were very accommodating and promptly provided more when we asked. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. ~ D S

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an unglaublich schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders begeistert hat mich die tolle Lage – perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Absolute Empfehlung! ~ kylo

Basic apartment, has everything you need to stay with a family of 4 for a week. Easy to find, we got early check in, communication was easy, quick and responsive. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms clean and clutter free. Kitchen fully equipped to dine inside. Nice little balcony with a view of the ocean. If you like to walk, exercise- location is perfect. Beach and promenade is 2 mins walk, from there you can stroll to beautiful town of Camara de Lobos or through the tunnel to Funchal center with a magnificent views from many stops and balconies above ocean. Grocery shops and beach bars up to 20 mins walk from apartment. Bolt taxi and bus stop is next to the apartment as well. We had lovely time in Madeira thanks to affordable accommodation. ~ Darius A

J’avais loué un appartement situé au CentroMar Shopping & Business Centre avec cette agence. C’était un très bel appartement, très spacieux, avec toutes les facilités. Avec vue sur mer. Le parking est un plus, l’accès est néanmoins étroit mais on s’y habitue. Proche de la mer et des nombreux commerces du forum. Je recommande l’appartement et l’agence. ~ Cengiz A

This is for the sunrise view apartment in Canico, Madeira. The apartment comes with a spectacular sea view from all parts of the apartment- the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom. It was great being able to sleep to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to see the vast open sea at sunrise. The pictures do not really do justice to just how beautiful, thoughtfully designed and spacious the apartment is. The checkin instructions were accurate, hassle free and the team at Guestready provided quick support and solution to an issue with the garage door key. The Wi-Fi access was a bit glitchy in the bedroom but manageable on retrying the connection. The neighbourhood felt safe, quiet and yet close to Funchal (by car). A fantastic choice for staying in Madeira- will definitely be back here the next time. ~ Jinendra H

Tolle Wohnung mit Balkon zur Straße, man kommt schnell nach Funchal und für Mountainbiken ist direkt Freeride Madeira un die Ecke. Wenn viele Busse und LKWs unten lang fahren ist es manchmal etwas laut, sonst ist man aber schnell am Meer oder in der Stadt. Die Parkgarage ist etwas eng und steil aber machbar. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ~ Timo F

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the stunning view from the balcony – the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. It was super nice to find this beautiful apartment at the last minute. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious. A special thanks to the very friendly agent, Rubina Sousa, for making the process seamless. Though we arrived late in the evening and only stayed for two nights, we truly appreciated the quiet surroundings and the convenience of being within walking distance of the town center and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the lovely apartment or the swimming pool, we were out all day. Highly recommend this place, and for sure in Madeira Funchal I will always stay here. Sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tur. Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Netter Check-In und schnelle Antworten. Man muss einen Hügel hoch laufen um von der Wohnung zur Straße zu gelangen und die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig (nachts hört man teilweise die Straße und das Meer). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! ~ Maja L

Wir können die Unterkunft in Funchal empfehlen. Das GuestReady Team ist gut erreichbar und hat sofort auf uns reagiert, als wir angaben, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt sei. Diese wurde umgehend getauscht und als Entschädigung haben wir sogar auch neue Kaffeekapseln bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zum Schlafen nach anstrengenden Wandertagen zweckerfüllend. Wir waren vom22. - 27.11.2025 Gäste in Funchal ~ Petra E

Bin sehr zufrieden mit GuestReady! Die Wohnung die wir hatten war Perfekt! Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit 3 Toiletten. Zimmer sehr groß und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Balkon ebenfalls vorhanden. In der nähe gibt es alles was man braucht fußläufig, sogar Schwimmbäder. Für den Parkplatz auf jeden Fall ein kleines Auto Mieten. ~ Cek N

Perfekter Familienurlaub auf Madeira Wunderschöner Blick, traumhafter Pool, geräumige Zimmer und gepflegter Garten mit blumen wie auf Hawaii.:) Alles in der Nähe – Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkt. Bequemes Parken, fairer Preis. Als Familie mit Kind waren wir rundum zufrieden! Wir würden aber als paar zu zweit auch buchen. ~ Rasa G

Appartement bien situé Proche des bus, Plage et piscine de la ville à 10 mn à pied. Forum Madeira à 2 mn, très bon restaurants au pied de l'immeuble . Un peu bruyant en ce moment à cause des travaux projet dubai. Vu sur la mer devant au balcon et sur un superbe jardin derrière ~ Jacinto M

The location Caminho da Ladeira and flat are great. Close to city centre. It might be too noisy for people from the village, who are used to silent enviroment. There is main road outside plus airplanes taking off at certain hours during the day till aprox. 8 pm. Take ear plugs, then sleep is great. I recommend the owners to install 2 matraces instead of one. The matress makes noise and bounces. Everytime one person rolls over, the other person wakes up. I had to sleep on the sofa to have good sleep. But then I slept soo well! My partner stayed in the bedroom. Otherwise all good. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Maybe we will miss the noise at home 😀 ~ Šárka P

Appartement bien situé et spacieux à Funchal ! Une chambre parental au top avec grand lit et une seconde chambre. Balcon avec vue sur mer sur le côté super agréable ! Un peu plus compliqué pour se garer les places en bas sont pour les résidents ! Mais on peut se garer un peu plus haut ! Je recommande ce logement à 100% ! ~ Maud C

Ótimo espaço para famílias, com uma vista magnífica para as Ilhas Selvagens. Acessos fáceis, localização central relativamente a toda a ilha (carro é indispensável, como em quase todas as partes da ilha da Madeira), imensos serviços (supermercados, restaurante e cafés próximos). Gostámos muito, recomendamos e repetiríamos. ~ André N

This apartment on Estrada Monumental 187 - Funchal - has a great location with many nice restaurants on the same road and within a few minutes walk. The views from the balcony over the Atlantic are stunning throughout the day. We had the fortune of a full moon on a clear night. The apartment has a good sized bedroom with plenty of storage. The lounge is comfortable with patio doors to the balcony. It has a practical kitchen that includes a washing machine, but no dishwasher. There is a small area to dry clothes, but no real place if you wanted to wash many items. With access to a nice pool which never got that busy (end June), the apartment was very acceptable. We would be happy to return. ~ Chris T

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Funchai. Przy ulicy przystanek autobusowy. Do centrum kilka przystanków. Miejsce parkingowe na podziemnym parkingu w cenie. Przestronne mieszkanie z tarasem na ocean a z drugiej strony na park i ogródki z małym gajem bananowców. Kontakt z administratorem bardzo dobry. ~ Krzysztof B

Apparemment spacieux et bien équipé. Vue sur l’océan super sympa. Place de parking privée très appréciable. En bas vous avez supermarché, restaurant, café et petite boulangerie. De plus vous êtes juste à côté de 2 superbes piscines naturelles et à quelques minutes des rues animés de sao marthino. Bref vivement recommandé de ma part ~ Yacine D

The stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The space was not only impeccably clean but also decorated with great attention to detail, creating an exceptionally cozy atmosphere. The apartment’s amenities exceeded our expectations – everything, from the comfortable bed to the fully equipped kitchen, was of the highest standard. The location was perfect – close to the main attractions yet nestled in a quiet area that allowed for complete relaxation. It was clear that the apartment’s owners genuinely care about their guests. Très très bonne expérience première expérience Sur l’île de Madeire. Logement impeccable, surprise 2 salles de bain, le luxe quand on a des ados. Appartement très bien situé, proche de beaucoup de bons spots, mais au calme 😇. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif à nos questions, réponses dans les 5 minutes chrono. Pour l’arrivée bien suivre les instructions tout est clairement expliqué. Je recommande vivement. ~ D'HALLUIN E

God oplevelse og god kommunikation - man får hjælp med det samme. Vi lejede en lejlighed i Canico og var super glade for beliggenhed or privat parkering. Vi manglede ikke noget i lejligheden men for en ekstra oplevelse opvaskemaskine kunne give sidste 0,5 point. Ellers 9,5/10 ~ Brigita
